Key Responsibilities

 * Picking & Packing: Select items based on digital order lists and package them securely.

 * Scanning & Dispatch: Scan product barcodes to ensure accurate tracking and prepare orders for dispatch.

 * Putaway & Stacking: Place incoming inventory into designated racks and organize shelves.

 * Loading & Unloading: Unload stock from delivery vehicles and move products across the warehouse safely.

Salary Structure & Monthly Earnings

 * Basic Salary: ₹14,401 per month

 * Attendance Bonus: ₹2,000

 * Night Shift Allowance: ₹1,200

 * Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,200

 * Total Take-Home Potential: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 (Approx.)

 * Statutory Benefits: PF (Provident Fund) + ESIC (Health Insurance) Applicable
